On Saturday, January 19th the Philadelphia Flyers traveled out of the country to Canada to play the Montreal Canadiens. The Canadians have star power on the front side with Max Domi and Jonathan Drouin meanwhile at the backend with the absolute hardest shot in Shea Weber. Nonetheless holding his own in between the pipes was the best goalie in the world in Carey Price. Nolan Patrick scored twice in the third period helping the Philadelphia FLyers win their third game in a row. Rookie goalie sensation Carter hart made 33 saves in his 5th consecutive start. The flyers with a record of 19-23-6 have been 4-1-0 in five games after an eight game losing streak going 0-7-1. Travis Konecny added his 12th goal of the season and notching his 100th National Hockey League point during the second period. He added another point, an assist for his 101st National Hockey League passing to James van Riemsdyk for his 12th goal of the season.
